EDIT: text is unclear... fulls-size pic is here.

Well?? I've had SBC DSL for ... 5 years now...
Now, they are offering 1.5 to 3.0 Mbps downloads!!
Question is... should I do it for $37/mo???? My current special of $30/mo for 12 mos. is about to expire (in 2 or 3 months).

Anyone have this?? Like it?? Worth it?? I guess it would only be beneficial if I can get at least 2 Mbps... now, I get 1.2 Mbps.[/url]

Not too much really...
My wife likes to watch Korean movies and dramas that seem to require quite a bit of speed! There's a pay-per-movie like service on Korean TV stations online and it always seems to choke on a movie we select!

Besides that and just downloading fav. TV & anime episodes, nothing really... :P but at $7 extra per month! why not??!!

From my standpoint it would be worth it, cos that's as fast as my cable but still $15 cheaper.

gd Adelphia.

Edit: well almost faster, anyway. Just to check I ran cnet's bandwidth meter and it reported 3.48 M/s, faster than I've ever seen it.

I definately say go for it. I'm on a 3mb cable connection and wouldn't want to switch back to 1.5 I love being able to ubernet and game at the same time with no lag.

I'd personally go for it... Maybe because I pay about $65US for my 1.5mbit DSL connection and there are many instances where it chokes - PPV + gaming is bad.
