what is the difference?

hi,
i was looking at memory for computers and i was wondering...what is the difference between PC3200 and PC2700 and PC133?? which one is faster and better?

PC3200 and PC2700 are both different speed ratings of Double Data Rate memory for motherboards that have different frontside busses (IIRC 333Mhz and 400Mhz). DDR is the step up from the old SDRAM that PC133 is. PC3200 is the fastest of the group, but there are also speeds available up to PC4400 for people that overclock their frontside busses.

Motherboard: Intel Desktop Board D865GLC
Intel P4 Processor, 3.0GHz speed

i still have the box that the motherboard came in and this is what it says...

-Up to 800MHz System Bus
-SATA150 (1.5Gb/s)Hard Drive Support
-Intel Extreme Graphics 2 and AGP 8X Graphics Interface
-Dual Channel DDR400 / 333 / 266 SDRAM Memory Support
