Best Music mixer/creator?

Hello,
I am trying to locate the software that is right for me. I want an application that will let me create beats, and remix songs the way i want, and let me add stuff into it. Does anyone know of any types of software or softwares i need to do this.

all inquiries accepted and appreciated.

thank you.

I use Ableton Live 5. It's a bit pricy, but it does everything you need, and much more.

Fruity Loops has always been one of my favorites.

FL Studio is great for making loops, but rather impractical for whole songs. Also, its not too good if you want to sample other music.
