Exclamation Need help with e-machine

Hi, well I was just wondering if any body knew about any problems like the one I'm about to talk about, and if you guys know how to fix it. Well here's the problem, i bought an e-machine, and it was working pretty good. And about a week ago i tried to turn it on and it just started to make a clicking noise inside, and i tried changing the power inverter, and it didn't work. I'm just wondering if one of you guys knows how to fix it. thanks in advance

Usually, the clicking sound comes from the HDD... how old is it?

Do you have Windows CD to boot from?
Try if you can re-install Windows or Repair... if that doesn't work, HDD may be dead.
