How to fix Fan error on IBM laptop

I’ve seen this error before. Usually you can fix it by replacing the cooling fan. It’ll be necessary to open up the laptop to access the fan. You’ll find a list of manuals for IBM laptops here: http://www.laptoprepairguy.com, download it find instructions for replacing the fan. It might be complicated if you have no experience with computers, but it’s the cheapest way to fix. You can find a new fan on eBay.
