I am having this problem for sometime now, I repair mobile phones there are some software for repairing mobiles that when try to open it I get this error massage :
FILE ACCESS ERROR
PS: CHANGE READ ONLY FILE ATTRIBUTES
The software used to work alright before now whenever tried to open gives this massage, I have try to install and uninstall several times, I have also try to go to properties then attributes and made some changes same problems, recently I added another hard disk in my pc and install the program in the new hdd still the problems them .maybe the problem is in the bios but don’t know how to solve could somebody help how to do it?
N.B. I am not an expert so please explain layman language. Thanks
