my computer is an etower 633, we got it in 1999 so its pretty old,,

as you can see in the video it keeps restarting back at the same screen,, when i hit safe mode alot of files show up on the screen. I read somewhere that i need to use my windows xp restore disk (dont have it) or just a windows disk xp (dont have it)

Since im only 14 and dont have a job i cant buy anything to fix it. If anyone can tell me whats wrong or even give a solution please respond.
