Z-5500s

My z-560s recently died and I was in need of a new pair of speakers. Listening to music wasn't so bad on the z-560s, so I decided to get the new logitech z-5500s. While wonderful for movies and games, these things just suck for music. It seems like there is barely any treble and If I try to screw with anything there's too much treble. Is there anything that I can do to at least make my music sound OK? Also, I use winamp for my main mp3 player. I tried using foobar2k not too long ago and I absolutely can't stand it.
